You agree to use PerforaScan responsibly and only for lawful business purposes.
You must not:
- upload illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, or infringing content;
- upload files containing personal information unless you have proper authority and consent;
- upload highly sensitive or regulated information unless authorized and necessary;
- upload malware, viruses, tracking code, or harmful files;
- attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, security measures, or file restrictions;
- reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or reproduce the platform;
- use the service to build a competing product;
- submit false, misleading, or deceptive information;
- use outputs as the sole basis for safety, legal, financial, or regulatory decisions;
- use the platform in a way that could harm SUSTYC, other users, or third parties.
Enforcement
SUSTYC may remove content, suspend accounts, restrict access, or report unlawful activity when appropriate.
This document may be updated from time to time. If material changes are made, users may be asked to accept the updated version.
