SUSTYC respects intellectual property rights and expects users of PerforaScan to do the same.

1. User Responsibility

Users must not upload copyrighted, confidential, or proprietary materials unless they have the right or authorization to do so.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content stored or processed through PerforaScan infringes your copyright, contact copyright@sustyc.ca with:

• your name and contact information;
• identification of the copyrighted work;
• identification of the allegedly infringing content and where it is located;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
• a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for the owner;
• your physical or electronic signature.

3. Takedown

SUSTYC may remove or disable access to content that appears to infringe copyright or violate this Policy.

4. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed in error, you may contact copyright@sustyc.ca with a counter-notice including your contact information, identification of the removed content, and a statement explaining why you believe the removal was in error.

5. Repeat Infringers

SUSTYC may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

6. DMCA Agent

If SUSTYC designates a DMCA agent, the agent's contact information will be made available on this page and, where applicable, registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.
