This Policy applies to videos, images, documents, notes, questionnaire responses, proof files, and other content you submit to PerforaScan.
You retain ownership of your uploaded files and user content. SUSTYC does not claim ownership of your content.
You grant SUSTYC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, process, analyze, transmit to service providers, display to authorized users, and generate outputs from your content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve PerforaScan.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal authority, workplace authorization, privacy notices, employee consents, third-party permissions, and intellectual property rights required to upload and process the content.
If videos or images include employees, contractors, customers, visitors, drivers, patients, or any other identifiable individuals, you are responsible for ensuring that the collection and upload are lawful and appropriate. Where possible, avoid uploading unnecessary close-ups of faces, personal documents, license plates, badges, or other identifiers.
Do not upload highly sensitive information unless you are authorized and it is necessary for the diagnostic. This includes medical information, financial account numbers, government identification, union information, children's information, biometric data, trade secrets of third parties, or regulated data.
You must not upload copyrighted, confidential, or proprietary content owned by another party unless you have the right to do so.
Uploaded content may be analyzed by AI systems to generate findings, summaries, recommendations, estimates, and reports. AI analysis may not identify every issue and may make mistakes. You must validate outputs before acting.
SUSTYC may remove, restrict, or disable content that appears unlawful, infringing, unsafe, abusive, or inconsistent with this Policy.
Uploaded files may be retained for service delivery, audit, support, security, legal compliance, and product improvement purposes. You may request deletion subject to legal, billing, security, and audit obligations.
This document may be updated from time to time. If material changes are made, users may be asked to accept the updated version.
